GIVING BACK

Hunter-Davisson has a long history of giving back to our community. We do this in honor of our founder, Joe Davisson.

Every year we choose a charity that is near and dear to our hearts. We hold an annual giving campaign where employees support local charities through payroll contributions that are matched by Hunter-Davisson. Each year as our team grows, so does our giving.

This year we have chosen to give to Helping Hands Reentry Outreach Centers. This nonprofit organization assists homeless community members to achieve self-sufficiency and build resiliency.  Helping Hands offers services in Clatsop, Lincoln, Multnomah, Tillamook and Yamhill counties.

Our chart below shows the breakdown of our combined giving to Helping Hands and other charities of our employee’s choosing. Not only do our employees donate financially, they also volunteer and give generously of their time and HVAC skills to local charities.

Also, in continuing to give back to the community around us, we donate all our cans and bottles to The American Heart Association. This nonprofit organization funds cardiovascular medical research, educates consumers on healthy living and fosters appropriate cardiac care in an effort to reduce disability and deaths caused by cardiovascular disease and stroke.  heart.org
