"I have to take a minute to, again, sing the praises of your amazing folks. I have to give a shout out to Yesenia and Shallon for taking my calls and understanding what we needed. I have to give a REALLY big shout out to your tech Rocky who got our AC going again at Blazers but more importantly stayed until 7:00 pm at the Blazers club to get the walk in freezer working again. You have some really tremendous people working at HD and my thanks goes out to all of them. I truly want to express my gratitude to all of them and thank HD for taking such great care of us. These are not just kind words. This is a sincere appreciation of what HD does for us to keep us doing what we do, which is to help those who need us most. I very truly appreciate what your whole company does to support us. You guys rock!!"

"Just wanted to thank you again for babysitting M78 like it’s a member of the family. I remember when one of the pumps went down this winter (during a particularly cold stretch) and the team visited the building throughout the night to make sure that we were able to keep the system running and maintain temps in the building. So, thank you for your patience and your responsiveness to our issues. We very much appreciate your help."

I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you and your team for the outstanding service you have provided throughout this project. The level of professionalism has truly been exceptional. Everyone who has been onsite during the installation has been friendly, respectful to both our staff and customers, and consistently positive. Not once did a day go by where the team did not ensure their equipment was cleaned up before we opened. Those small details go a long way for us and speak volumes about the pride they take in their work. The team also did an excellent job keeping me informed, taking the time to show progress from the initial demolition through the final stages of the install. That transparency was greatly appreciated.

"I just wanted to acknowledge Tyler on doing a great job of finding what was the cause of this very loud noise in the lobby which sounds like a saw coming from the intake Vent that has been annoying for a year or so. Thanks for all your help with this issue. I really appreciate the design assist. I also want to note my appreciation for the quality installation HD is performing in the field. I understand the attention to detail that is required to execute this project and I'm very happy with our partnership with Hunter-Davisson, past and present, making this project a reality.

Eric showed up on time and, like every other Hunter Davisson person we have EVER dealt with, was on top of things in a short time and left us feeling very well taken care of.
