I want to tell you how much I have appreciated Hunter Davisson. You for your counsel, patience and prompt response. Your teams for their diligence. All the workers on premise have been great. Standing out yesterday were Greg and Curtis. They were here until around 8:00 pm last night installing the trash motor and getting it operational. Hunter-Davisson's team quickly became part of the HOPE Crew for Bybee Lakes Hope Center as we navigated replacing an outdated chiller. They brought care and compassion so that we could provide a safe environment for people experiencing homelessness in Portland.

Thanks for all your help with this issue. I really appreciate the design assist. I also want to note my appreciation for the quality installation HD is performing in the field. Since hiring HD and Patrick Paul performing the HVAC maintenance, the service call rate has fallen dramatically. This improvement has occurred because Patrick Paul is observant, thorough, precise, communicates, and is smart.

I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you and your team for the outstanding service you have provided throughout this project. The level of professionalism has truly been exceptional. Everyone who has been onsite during the installation has been friendly, respectful to both our staff and customers, and consistently positive. Not once did a day go by where the team did not ensure their equipment was cleaned up before we opened. Those small details go a long way for us and speak volumes about the pride they take in their work. The team also did an excellent job keeping me informed, taking the time to show progress from the initial demolition through the final stages of the install. That transparency was greatly appreciated.
