"I have to take a minute to, again, sing the praises of your amazing folks. I have to give a shout out to Yesenia and Shallon for taking my calls and understanding what we needed. I have to give a REALLY big shout out to your tech Rocky who got our AC going again at Blazers but more importantly stayed until 7:00 pm at the Blazers club to get the walk in freezer working again. You have some really tremendous people working at HD and my thanks goes out to all of them. I truly want to express my gratitude to all of them and thank HD for taking such great care of us. These are not just kind words. This is a sincere appreciation of what HD does for us to keep us doing what we do, which is to help those who need us most. I very truly appreciate what your whole company does to support us. You guys rock!!"

I want to tell you how much I have appreciated Hunter Davisson. You for your counsel, patience and prompt response. Your teams for their diligence. All the workers on premise have been great. Standing out yesterday were Greg and Curtis. They were here until around 8:00 pm last night installing the trash motor and getting it operational. After a quick explanation and orientation to the building they operated autonomously. They were extremely polite and professional. I am happy to have Hunter Davisson as a partner. Thank you so much

Since hiring HD and Patrick Paul performing the HVAC maintenance, the service call rate has fallen dramatically. This improvement has occurred because Patrick Paul is observant, thorough, precise, communicates, and is smart.

"I just wanted to acknowledge Tyler on doing a great job of finding what was the cause of this very loud noise in the lobby which sounds like a saw coming from the intake Vent that has been annoying for a year or so. I mentioned to him The Noise was coming from a vent in the lobby and he said he knew exactly what it was. I appreciate that he took the time to find out."

I just wanted you to know you have some very remarkable people working here at Homewoods on the Willamette. During our transition here at Homewoods, I just wanted you to know how awesome these 2 men have been, they always go above and beyond without hesitation. They take the time to explain what they are doing. Roger and George are always courteous and professional at all times. They clean-up after themselves and have always made sure that the dining room and kitchen are ready for service even if that means working around our service times. They have given us the best customer service. As you well know in a service oriented business these days it is hard to find good quality help. Hunter-Davisson should be proud of these 2 men as they represent your company with first class service and attitude.

I cannot thank you enough. Patrick's work has made our AC run perfectly. We have always been able to maintain around 20 degrees of the outside temperature, but after Patrick's work, we have held a steady 72.

"Patrick was not only professional, but also let us know about some issues with a patch of our facility's roof. We haven't had any issues with it just yet, but his foresight in pointing these out and providing us with documentation to provide our landlord was great, and helps us keep our operation running smoothly here.
