"I just wanted to acknowledge Tyler on doing a great job of finding what was the cause of this very loud noise in the lobby which sounds like a saw coming from the intake Vent that has been annoying for a year or so. Hunter-Davisson's team quickly became part of the HOPE Crew for Bybee Lakes Hope Center as we navigated replacing an outdated chiller. They brought care and compassion so that we could provide a safe environment for people experiencing homelessness in Portland.

Since hiring HD and Patrick Paul performing the HVAC maintenance, the service call rate has fallen dramatically. This improvement has occurred because Patrick Paul is observant, thorough, precise, communicates, and is smart.

Once again - your staff has performed beyond expectation. Kelly not only got us scheduled over the weekend but rescheduled us when I threw her a curveball. Eric showed up on time and, like every other Hunter Davisson person we have EVER dealt with, was on top of things in a short time and left us feeling very well taken care of.
