Audra is super qualified and knows her stuff. She takes the time to coordinate with other trades about her designs and if there are conflicts. Same with the architect. If additional information is requested from her, she gets answer back promptly and she meets all deadlines asked."

"I just wanted to acknowledge Tyler on doing a great job of finding what was the cause of this very loud noise in the lobby which sounds like a saw coming from the intake Vent that has been annoying for a year or so. Since hiring HD and Patrick Paul performing the HVAC maintenance, the service call rate has fallen dramatically. This improvement has occurred because Patrick Paul is observant, thorough, precise, communicates, and is smart.
