Service Account Manager

Hunter-Davisson, Inc. is a commercial HVAC-R Design Build Mechanical Contractor seeking a Service Coordinator to join our growing team. The person we are seeking is a team player who is highly organized, detail oriented, and demonstrates outstanding customer service.

Hunter-Davisson, Inc. (HD) has been serving businesses in Oregon and SW Washington since 1965. Our brand and reputation for providing quality HVAC and refrigeration service, preventative maintenance and installations in the commercial market has led to our continued success. 

Status: Full-time
Reports to: Service Administration Supervisor

Some of the daily job functions and duties include:

  • Be responsible for managing, maintaining and enhancing relationships with a portfolio of customers.
  • Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction to both external and internal customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Review work orders daily for accuracy, follow up, and quality control before assigning to billing.
  • Bridge the gap between the customer and technical staff.
  • Estimate repair and replacement costs including labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, create proposal and submit to customer in a timely manner.
  • Daily communication with customers, technicians, and vendors via, phone, email and text.
  • Project Manage your own projects.
  • Order materials, equipment, hire sub-contractors.
  • Keep customers informed on status of repairs.

Physical requirements

Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
