Overview:
Hunter-Davisson was not only the installing contractor of the HVAC systems on the project, we were also commissioned to design the systems for the entire library and ETC addition. We took the time to understand the needs of the college and provided the appropriate information to enable the college to make the most effective choices for their mechanical needs. We were able to overcome a number of unique challenges specific to the site, including heat loss/gain load calculations in rooms that generate substantial heat, maintaining specific humidity levels to meet long-term archiving criteria, and air conditioning/handling hurdles.

- Completed on time and on budget with zero lost time accidents
- Provided ongoing support to facilities maintenance staff on equipment maintenance requirements
