HISTORY
Hunter-Davisson,
Inc. was incorporated and opened its doors for business December 1, 1965. Harold Hunter and Joe Davisson started
the business after purchasing the assets and contracts of the air conditioning
division of Monroe Machinery and Supplies, Inc., their former employer. Hunter-Davisson, Inc. started as a union
contractor and became a merit shop in 1983. From the beginning, Hunter-Davisson,
Inc.’s business philosophy has been based on the Christian principle of the
golden rule, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” For our customers this means that each
job will be treated as if it were our own, with top quality design, equipment,
installation and service at a fair price. For our suppliers it means honest, above board dealing with
no bid shopping or other questionable practices and payment on time per terms
agreed to.
